These are the terms and conditions for joining our Affiliate Program. The terms of this agreement are subject to change without prior notice, but we will try to notify you of such changes in advance.
1. Applying for our Program
You are applying for our Affiliate Program right now. We reserve the right to decline or remove enrollment from
our program at our discretion. As soon as your application is accepted, you can start sharing your affiliate link and earning affiliate commissions.
2. Affiliate Commissions
Your affiliate dashboard is unique to you. It contains everything you'll need to promote our site and our product, including:

As you send traffic to our website via your affiliate link, you will be able to track visitors and signups and will
receive credit for their successful subscription payments. Your progress for each category of referral will
be reflected in real-time on your affiliate dashboard.
Each link provided by our affiliate dashboard has an Affiliate ID attached. We can't track your sales and traffic without you posting the full URL, so please be sure to use your affiliate link. Our social sharing shortcuts have your affiliate link embedded in their posts. You can also use URL shorteners to make the link look better.
When a prospect visits our site from your affiliate link, we will be able to register their subscription payments (if/when they make one) and credit the transaction to you.
As your referrals generate transactions, you will earn affiliate commissions - we currently pay 15% recurring commissions for 12 months on all monthly subscription payments and one time 15% commission on Annual Plan Subscription. This is subject to change, so please contact our affiliate manager at affiliates@privyr.com for the most up-to-date commission percentages.
Commissions can be cashed out once a month, for earnings credited at least 30 days prior. This is to make sure that the customer doesn't refund the subscription during our money-back period. Any refunds or cancellation will be adjusted to reflect the true value of commission at our discretion and timeline. We can pay you via PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods.
3. Restrictions
Affiliates shall not engage in any of the following activities to promote their affiliate links:
a) Search Engine Marketing. We already run search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns on Google; therefore, we ask our affiliates not to run SEM campaigns for our products and services on Google. To clarify the availability of campaigns on secondary search engines, please contact our affiliate manager at affiliates@privyr.com.
b) Impersonating the Company. Your campaigns and ads should not state or suggest a direct representation of Privyr Pte Ltd. Similarly, you should not imply an exclusive relationship with Privyr. However, it is fine to state that you are an affiliate and/or affiliated with Privyr.

c) You should not target users who are already in the process of signing up and/or subscribing, via ads, organic, or inorganic campaigns. This includes but is not limited to:
d) Self-Referral: Affiliates shall refrain from using their referral link to refer a Privyr user account that is owned, maintained or serviced by the affiliate or their employers. This affiliate program forbids the use of referral to directly or indirectly discount the Privyr product subscription.
e) Client Referral: Affiliates who are agencies or consultants should refrain from making unsolicited and undisclosed referrals of their clients unless these clients have been officially informed that they are signing up through an affiliate link. We may require proof of disclosure and consent in such cases.
f) Minimum Activity: Affiliates are required to continuously ensure that their assets and efforts consistently yield conversions to maintain the active status of their accounts. If new conversions are not recorded, we reserve the right to close the account and forfeit any future recurring payouts.
If you are found to be in breach of any or all of these restrictions, your affiliate earnings and account may be forfeited and/or terminated with immediate effect.
4. Disclosures
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has endorsement rules in place for affiliate marketing. In short, they want you to disclose that you have a business relationship with us when you promote and post your link.

When posting or sharing your link, you should make it known to your readers and followers that you will receive compensation if they buy a product via your link. This declaration should be clear and conspicuous (and reiterated as needed).

5. Terminations
We can end this relationship at any time, and so can you. This affiliate agreement has been designed to ensure the highest quality relationship between us. Hopefully, we have demonstrated our obligations for you to become a highly prosperous Affiliate.
